We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully despatched to you – and we hope that you’ll be happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from Benjamin Adams London, please feel free to return your purchase in the same condition you received them in within 30 days of receiving your order along with your return slip.
How to return your order:
Complete and detach the returns note (at the bottom of your despatch document) and enclose it, together with your returned item(s), inside the original packaging. Goods cannot be returned without this information. Peel off the returns label from your delivery note and attach it on the outside of the parcel. Take your parcel to any Post Office, remembering to obtain a Proof of Postage receipt. You must retain this until the item(s) are refunded on your statement, as this enables you to trace your return. Exchanges: indicating the style and size you wish to exchange your return for. Please refer to the returns policy to ensure that your return is accepted for a refund or exchange. Things to be aware when placing or returning your order:
Customers will only be entitled to place orders for 4 items per order. We will not pay the cost to return the goods, or refund original postage costs. We do advise recorded post to avoid any loss or delay of returning the goods to us. We will not credit lost or damaged returned goods. For any reason should this happen we would advise that you speak with the postal/carrier service you have used for your return. Please ensure you obtain proof of purchase from Royal mail or the carrier and keep this in a safe place, should the parcel not reach us for any reason you will be able to make an easy claim with Royal mail or the delivery service you have used to send your return. Items returned damaged, marked, toe printed or packaging missing will be returned without any credit.
We advise that shoes are tried on indoors, on the carpet and preferably with a pop sock on to avoid any foot prints in the shoe. Handbags should be handled with just as much care, to avoid a return to you without a credit. Some products having leather soles will mark if the product has been worn on hard surfaces, if the sole is worn the items will be deemed as an unacceptable return. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days after receiving your orders. Your refund credit, or exchange (when in stock) may take up to 2 to 3 weeks to process after you return the goods back to us. We will e-mail you to confirm your return has been processed. Please ensure the returns form is enclosed in your package and note what you would like an exchange or a refund.
To help us process your return as soon as possible, please ensure the returns form is fully completed. Please ensure that your return is correctly packaged and not returned with any labels attached to the shoes box as we are unable to refund items where the original shoe box has been damaged or is missing. Purchases made with Benjamin Adams London Retail cannot be returned to any Benjamin Adams London outlets, stores, concessions or any other online retailer. Every effort has been made to display our products to true colour on the website and to ensure that products are displayed as accurately as possible. Please be aware that the colours of products can vary depending on how your monitor, phone or tablet is set. Please return your shoes in their original condition as they will be inspected upon return. Refunds for your postage charge will only be given if your return is found to be a manufacturing fault. Returns which are not found to be faulty will be sent back. We will require a payment for postage. Tell us if you require an exchange or a refund. Once your goods are accepted back in to stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund. We will refund the card originally used for payment. Any returns with no return information will not be held.

It’s not too late to cancel your order, to cancel your order simply call us and request a cancellation on your order. You must call us before your order is dispatched from our warehouse. If your order is already dispatched you can return this to us within our 30 days return policy.
Making a change to your order:
Once you have received your confirmation email, we cannot make any changes to your order. We advise that you review your orders before you complete your checkout for one final check.
You won’t need one. We would like to make your ordering experience as easy as possible and will not require you to open or set up an account. Just simply place your order with us, make a payment for your items and we’ll do the rest.
Benjamin Adams London accepts the following cards for payment. Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard and American Express. For security purposes and in the aid of preventing fraud the use of third parties may be required to validate your purchases with us. In these cases some orders may not be processed immediately.

Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible and you will be refunded to the same card which was used when placing your order with us.
You can redeem your promotion code by entering your code in the promo code field in your basket and then click the ‘apply’ button. You can only use one promotion code per order.
Sizes are Euro Sizes unless stated, all sizes are an approximate and we make every effort that they are accurate.
In busy periods of the year deliveries maybe delayed, weather and any other adverse conditions may cause variations in delivery timescales. Deliveries are only made on working days – Mon – Fri, Deliveries can be made on a Saturday at an extra cost.
Choice of delivery address:
If you would like your shoes delivered to an alternative address other than your billing address, just enter the address during the ordering process. Change cannot be made once the order is placed.
Free delivery offer:
Free delivery on full price orders, UK mainland deliveries only. Benjamin Adams reserves the right to end this offer without any notice. Due to various problems with overseas shipping, we do not send orders to the following destinations: Africa, Russia, and Malaysia. We also do not deliver to PO Box Addresses.
We reserve the right to add/remove from this list at any time.

Everything is subject to availability, our stock changes all the time so if your is cancelled we will let you know as soon as possible and provide you with more information about your order. If the items are not available you will be refunded.
We do not have a retail store base, but you will find other retailers who do sell our products. If you are ordering from us, you will not be able to obtain a refund or exchange from any of these stores. All returns are to be sent back to us.

All orders being delivered within the UK require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure you enter the delivery address where someone will be present to sign for the delivery. Deliveries will be sent using DPD services unless orders from outside the U.K
